Investors from Israel examine the sites in Crimea to build greenhouses and farms
Regional ministry of agriculture is ready to assist potential investors in the selection of agri-producers.
Farming company Agro Business Ltd. from Israel explores Crimean investment sites to build greenhouses and livestock breeding farms. That was informed by the Development corporation of the republic whose representatives were negotiating the issue.
“Agro Business Ltd is now looking for investment sites and partners from Crimea to work on agri-projects which are expected to feature advanced technologies from Israel”, says the message from the corporation.
Exact investment has been not specified yet. The negotiations with Israeli businessmen were conducted by the first deputy CEO of the corporation Natalia Doboni and the first deputy head of Crimean minagri Vladimir Anyukhin.
“Doboni informed about the investment potential of Crimea in the field of agriculture, cooperation procedure, and the advantages of free economic zone. Anyukhin, in his turn, presented detailed information about federal and regional support measures. He also stressed that the ministry is ready to assist in selecting agri-producers interested in foreign investment”, says the media service.
Agro Business Ltd operates in the field of agriculture in 32 countries.
