9. PERSONAL CONTRIBUTION TO INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT

This award is about managers, engineers and all the people who are believed by their company and/or colleagues in the industry to be making an invaluable contribution to the development of the company and industry in general. Mr. Tokarev, “Transneft” company President, is awarded for “Personal contribution to industry development”.
Mr. Tokarev runs the company that owns and effectively operates the largest Russian oil terminal in Primorsk. This year the construction of the first stage sea terminal within the frames of Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean system under Mr. Tokarev’s direction is completed, which signifies creation of a new route in Russian oil export. Mr. Tokarev also coordinates project on creation of a new object in Ust-Luga sea port within BTS-2 project frames, which will enable security of Russian crude oil shipping to western consumers.
