Participation fees should be paid upon receipt of invoice from the organizers, but not later than 14 days prior to the event. Delegates will not be permitted to attend the event if payment is not received within the stated time. Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you are unable to attend a course, you are welcome to provide a substitute at least 24 hours before the event. Cancellations up to 30 days before the course will incur a 50% fee, the rest 50% will be kept as a credit for the future participations. Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the course will not be refunded. All cancellations should be made in written form.
