The fuel crisis in Russia, which occurred in the spring of this year, resulted in immediate changes in state regulation of exports, which in turn affected the LPG markets of Europe and CIS states. Soon to be completed large-scale infrastructure projects, will impact export flows of the Russian LPG. Heavy investment in research of shale gas poses questions of whether it will be an alternative to LPG, in the next 7-10 years when the projects are completed. These questions and many others will be discussed at this year's conference, including:
