DELIVERY POLICY:

If you have ordered hardcopy materials, as soon as we receive full payment, your order will be despatched either by post or courier within 48 hours. If you live within the UK, then you can expect delivery within the next 5 working days. International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries. If you have ordered e-materials, as soon as we receive full payment, you will be provided with a login and password to access the files, which will be delivered to the email address you have provided in the registration form. The password will be valid for 1 month from the day you receive it and for a limited number of sessions. Each password is good for 3 sessions for Russian and English versions of the site.

REFUND, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELATTION TERMS:

If you have ordered hardcopy materials, you are entitled to make a cancellaton and to request a full refund if the order is still being processed and full payment has not yet been received; or if we successfully receive your payment but have not yet printed the materials and are yet to be despatched. You are also entitled to a replacement of your materials if they are damaged during the postage and handling process. If you have ordered e-materials, on request you are entitled to make a cancellation and request a full refund if you have not received your username and password or it has not been emailed to you yet. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a refund if you stated a wrong email/postal address in your registration form and materials or login details were already mailed to you.
