In view of the diverse international representation, the organisers will aim to maximise the efficient networking environment. We have made the breaks between the discussions longer, but most importantly, we have set up a unique networking zone, where shipping companies will have their own VIP meeting rooms, and bunkering and service companies can have an exhibition stand. On Day one (1) we have organised two (2) unique Speed Business Card Exchange sessions. These are designed to assist all participants exchange business cards and to meet virtually all other participants, as well as to get value from the session and just to have fun.

EXHIBITION
All exhibition stands will be located in the centre of Business Exchange Arena, where all coffee breaks will be served and where VIP meeting zone will be.

Fee for participation with an exhibition stand:

Exhibition stand includes participation of 1 delegate – £2950

Exhibition stand includes participation of 2 delegates – £3450

Exhibition stand fee includes:

Participation of one/two* delegates in the Conference (*depends on a package chosen)

Installation of a standard 3х2х2.5 stand
