OIL TERMINAL - Awards ceremony, 20 October 2006, Moscow, Russia

The Awards Ceremony of the first international Oil Terminal 2006 contest was held on 20th October 2006 in Moscow.

The members of the Advisory Board analysed operations of oil terminals in Russia, the CIS, Eastern and Western Europe. The process of selection and decision making regarding the winners took six months. Winners were finalised in a heated discussion of the Board, which took place 19th October the eve of the Awards Ceremony.

The contest and Award were received by the oil market community with great enthusiasm. The event was an apparent success. Tony Quinn, Member of the Advisory Board, founder of the Tank Bank international information portal, pointed to the unique nature of the event and the fact that there is no comparable event in the world.
